- How do you charge for your services?
We retain a percentage of the amount collected. This can vary based on the age of the account and type of debt. If we don’t collect, we don’t get paid.
- Are you a member of ACA International, the Association of Credit & Collection Professionals?
Yes, Penn Credit is a member of ACA International and proudly supports the work they do to further the advancement and understanding of our industry.
- Can you report delinquent accounts to the credit bureaus?
Yes, Penn Credit is capable of reporting delinquent accounts on consumer credit reports. A minimum account balance of $50.00 and a social security number are needed.
- Is there a minimum account balance to place for collection?
Yes, Penn Credit accepts delinquent accounts that have a balance in excess of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
- Is a contract required to place delinquent accounts with Penn Credit?
Yes, please contact our sales department through the Contact page if you are interested in using our services.
- How can I place accounts with Penn Credit?
We accept accounts by virtually any electronic format as well as hard copy or disc.
